| Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) seeks your input on the following draft documents for the Pasco Landfill (site) September 3 through October 3, 2019: • Cleanup Action Plan — explains the cleanup standards and methods we are proposing for this site • Legal agreements requiring the parties responsible for cleanup to enact the cleanup plan • State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) documents — we have reviewed the cleanup actions using the SEPA checklist, and decided they won’t adversely affect people or the environment We are holding a public meeting September 17 at 6:30 at the Robinson Elementary School in Pasco to discuss the proposed cleanup and answer your questions. El Departamento de Ecología del Estado de Washington (Ecología) solicita su opinión sobre los siguientes borradores de los documentos del Relleno Sanitario de Pasco (sitio) del 3 de septiembre al 3 de octubre 2019: • Plan de Acción de Limpieza – explica los estándares y métodos de limpieza que proponemos para este sitio • Acuerdos legales requiriendo que las partes responsables ejecuten el plan de limpieza • Documentos de la Ley de la Política Ambiental Estatal (SEPA por sus siglas en inglés) – hemos revisado las acciones de limpieza usando la lista de verificación de SEPA y decidimos que estas no afectarán adversamente a las personas o al medio ambiente |
