| Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology is working with the parties who contributed to the contamination on the site to conduct more cleanup work. These parties will perform the work under Ecology’s oversight. The Pasco Sanitary Landfill property covers nearly 250 acres and is located about 1.5 miles northeast of the city of Pasco, Franklin County, Washington. The landfill is on Dietrich Road by the intersections of Kahlotus Road and U.S. Highway 12. Public comments will be accepted July 9 through August 10, 2010.
