| Description | Ecology invites you to review and comment on an environmental report (called a Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study, RI/FS), draft Cleanup Action Plan (DCAP), State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) checklist, and determination of non-significance (DNS) for the Circle K 1461 contaminated site in the Montlake neighborhood of Seattle. Ecology created these reports under a legal agreement (called a Mixed Funding Consent Decree) with the current property owner. | ||||
