| Description | Ecology will enter into a legal agreement called an Agreed Order with Potentially Liable Persons (PLPs): Chevron Environmental Management Company and Strickland Real Estate Holdings LLC.The Agreed Order requires the PLPs to conduct a Remedial Investigation (RI) and Feasibility Study (FS) and prepare a Draft Cleanup Action Plan (DCAP). They will prepare an RI/FS Report describing the investigation of contamination at the Site and evaluating cleanup alternatives. The DCAP describes how selected cleanup alternative will be performed. We invite you to review and comment on the following documents: • Draft Agreed Order• Draft Public Participation Plan The Public Participation Plan describes how Ecology will inform the community about Site activities and opportunities to become involved in the cleanup process | ||||
