| Description | The Department of Ecology prepared a Second Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement to analyze greenhouse gas emissions from the Kalama methanol production facility proposed by Northwest Innovation Works. Ecology’s analysis provides full accounting of the life cycle emissions associated with the project. The analysis looks at how the methanol produced would affect other potentially competing sources of methanol production. |
