Description The Marine Sediment Monitoring Team has created a collection of interactive story maps that describe our sediment monitoring program and findings. This story map collection allows readers to target the information they want, from background information on our programs to specific monitoring results. Introductory, instructional, and resource story maps are provided in the collection. Story maps summarizing findings from analyses of physical, biogeochemical, and chemical contaminant parameters measured in sediment samples, as well as the composition of sediment-dwelling invertebrate communities for each study area are also included.

Click on the “Sediment Quality in Puget Sound Story Map Collection” link* under WEB PAGE (below) to visit and interact with the online story maps to learn more about our Puget Sound Sediment Monitoring Program findings.

*To open our story maps, use the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
