We invite you to review and comment on the following documents: • Draft Agreed Order (AO): The draft AO requires Whatcom County to find site contamination and clean it up. • Interim Action: To expedite the cleanup process and take advantage of available funding, the county is assessing the site contamination as an interim action. • Draft Public Participation Plan (PPP): The draft PPP encourages community involvement in cleanup decisions.
