| Description | We’re overseeing the cleanup of contamination at Plantation Rifle Range, located at 5102 Samish Way, in Bellingham, Washington. From February 13 to March 17, 2023, we invited public comments on the draft agreed order, interim action, and draft public participation plan for Plantation Rifle Range. We received 51 comments from 29 commenters during the comment period. We reviewed and considered the public comments received. In this document, we present the public comments and our responses, a summary of our public outreach, and next steps in the cleanup process. |
