There are two sites at this location. When there is a separate release (leak or spill), we treat it as a new site.

The Ernie's Deli site received a No Further Action Determination from Ecology on February 2, 2012, and complies with the standards in the state’s environmental cleanup law, the Model Toxics Control Act.

We received information in March 2017 that indicated another release of petroleum contamination at this location. We listed the second site as Sunnys Deli Mart, Cleanup Site ID 13265. This second site still needs cleanup.
