Description | Cowlitz County and Ecology issued the Final EIS for the proposed Millennium Bulk Terminals –Longview proposed coal terminal. The proposal would bring coal from the western U.S. to Longview by train, store and handle it on site, and ship it to Asia by vessel. The EIS was prepared in accordance with the Washington State Environmental Policy Act. | ||||
