Action Level The maximum action level value as defined in a permit. Not all permits have action level limits.

Benchmark Maximum The maximum benchmark value as defined in a permit. Not all permits have benchmark values.
Benchmark Minimum The minimum benchmark value as defined in a permit. Not all permits have benchmark values.

Design Limit The maximum design limit value as defined in a permit. Not all permits have design limit values.
Detection Level The minimum level that the test method can accurately detect the sampling parameter.
DMR Comments Comments that pertain to the whole DMR.
DMR Status The status that the DMR is currently in. Status types are: Not Started, Draft, Ready to Submit, Submitted, Received, and Completed.
DMR Type The type of DMR according to the reporting period. Types are: Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly, Bi-annual, Annual, and Single Sample.
DMR User Role The role a WQWebDMR user can have in the system. User role types are: Facility Preparer, Facility Signer, Facility Coordinator, and Administrator.
DMR Value Note Notes/comments pertaining to an individual sample.

Effective Date The date the permit goes into effect.
Enforcement Maximum The maximum permit limit value as defined in a permit. Not all permits have enforcement limits.
Enforcement Minimum The minimum permit limit value as defined in a permit. Not all permits have enforcement limits.
Electronic Signature Account The account that is used to actually sign and submit DMRs. This account is only for Facility Coordinator and Facility Signer user roles.
Email Address An electronic mailing address that is in the form example@example.com.
Expiration Date The date the permit will expire.

Facility Administrator The WQWebDMR role that allows the user to assign other users to their permits and prepare DMRs. This role is used to assist the Facility Coordinator with managing WQWebDMR.
Facility Coordinator The WQWebDMR role that allows the user to assign other users to their permits, sign and submit DMRs, and prepare DMRs.
Facility Preparer The WQWebDMR role that allows the user to only prepare DMRs.
Facility Signer The WQWebDMR role that allows the user to prepare, sign, and submit DMRs.
Facility/Site Address The physical address/location of the facility/site under permit coverage.
Facility/Site Name The name of the facility/site under permit coverage.
Fraction Most commonly used for metals, nitrogen, or filtered residue (solids) samples. Fraction indicates whether an aqueous sample was filtered or how a solid sample was treated prior to analysis. For aqueous samples, the fraction is the portion analyzed.

Inactive Date The date the permit becomes inactive.
Issued Date The date the permit was issued to the permittee.

Last Modification Effective Date The date that the permit's latest modifications are in effect.

Measurement Base The basis on which the analyte concentration was measured and calculated (dry weight, wet weight).
Method Speciation The chemical species basis on which the analyte is calculated and reported (as N, as NH3, etc.)
Monitoring Period The period of time the DMR pertains to.
Monitoring Point The point where samples are taken from the water/ground.

Notifications An email messages is sent to a specified email address whenever a DMR (for a specific permit) is submitted to Washington State Department of Ecology.

Outfall The point where the discharged water enters the environment.

Parameter The specific chemical, organic matter, condition, or metal that a permittee needs to sample and test for.
Permit Number A unique number given to a facility/site to represent official permit coverage.
Permit Type The types of permits that Washington State Department of Ecology can administer.
Permittee The person/organization that is responisble for the facility/site's permit requirements.

Quantitation Level The lowest level at which the entire analytical system gives a recognizable signal and acceptable calibration point for the analyte.

Received Date The date the DMR is received by Washington State Department of Ecology.
Reporting Codes The reason why the submitter does not have a specific number value to report for a DMR, monitoring point, or individual sample.

Sample Frequency The frequency that samples need to be taken during the monitoring period.
Sample Type How the sample should be obtained for testing.
Site/Facility Address The physical address/location of the facility/site under permit coverage.
Site/Facility Name The name of the facility/site under permit coverage.
Submission History The history of DMRs submitted to Washington State Department of Ecology.
Submission Date The date the DMR was electronically submitted to Washington State Department of Ecology.
